Genocide in Jungle linked to Patriot Act

Mon Aug 27, 2007 at 12:22:51 PM PDT

This shameful tale of genocide , hypocrisy, injustice , and betrayal is the perfect example of what typically occurs when the United States tries to Police the World by sticking our nose where it doesn't belong usually in the form of an unjust war such as todays Fools Crusade otherwise known as the War in Iraq. Our reckless actions only serve to destroy the minority ethnic and religious groups in these countries we invade. Just look at the plight of the Iraqi Christians who were free to practice their religion under Saddam but today because of our foolish endeavor half of Iraq's Christian has fled.

Bush uses Patriot Act to Arrest Vietnam War Hero (Warning Graphic Image)

Sun Aug 26, 2007 at 07:10:32 AM PDT

My dad is a West Point Man who fought in the Korean War and I have two uncles who saw combat action in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. They justifiably feel deeply betrayed by the gutless Bush/Cheney Regime over a recent event that went largely unnoticed by the American Public although it has enraged many War veterans.

 title= LAO Veterans of America

This Administration has committed an act of treachery towards an old friend and his people that is reminiscent of Judas betrayal of Jesus Christ. This incompetant draft evading Stooge who currently occupies the Whitehouse and his cowardly gang of Neo-Con Chicken-Hawks have stooped to an new all time low with their recent arrest of the legendary Royal Laotian Army Major General Vang Pao.

Even U.S. allies are now "terrorists"

Mon Dec 18, 2006 at 10:32:43 PM PDT

In its never-ending zeal to declare anybody and everybody a "terrorist", the Bush administration has been extending that designation even to U.S. allies.

Get this: many Hmong people of Laos who seek to come to the U.S. are barred from doing so BECAUSE they fought alongside the U.S. in the Vietnam war.  Their actions, according to our draconian anti-terror laws, are now considered "terrorist."
